USRowing selects, trains, and manages the teams that represent the U.S. in international competition. Position Summary Job Summary: The Camps and Athlete Development Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of USRowing’s Camps and Athlete Development programs. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and logistics of Development Camps, including Pathways Development Camp, Selection Development Camp, ID Camps, Para Development Camps, and Masters Camps. The Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for athletes, parents, coaches, and staff, supporting clear communication and a consistent, high-quality camp experience. The position also provides on-site support at camps and works closely with the Camps and Athlete Development team to ensure programs are organized, efficient, and aligned with USRowing’s athlete development goals.
