• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to identify client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that encompass their psychological, emotional, and cultural contexts.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care during acute distress situations.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic standards and state regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, empowering them with strategies to effectively manage their circumstances.
• Engage in regular meetings with a multidisciplinary team to discuss treatment progress and coordinate care pathways for optimal outcomes.
• Monitor and assess treatment efficacy through outcome evaluations, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Stay updated on current mental health research, best practices, and trends to enhance clinical effectiveness and service delivery.
• Uphold ethical standards and safeguard patient confidentiality consistently.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) is a minimum requirement; a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

• Proven ability to work autonomously while also being an integral part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, vital for building relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Experience providing therapy to children and families facing trauma, loss, and other mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with remote service delivery and telehealth practices, adapting traditional therapeutic methods for virtual environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of therapeutic methodologies and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
