• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care that enhances client outcomes.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to foster continuous improvement in therapeutic strategies and service delivery.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
