• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients, utilizing established screening tools and diagnostic criteria to create personalized treatment plans addressing their specific mental health needs.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions and group therapy workshops focused on diverse mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide holistic and comprehensive support for clients.
• Engage in professional development through workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment and therapeutic techniques.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state license/certification as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software to streamline documentation and client records.
• Experience in group therapy facilitation and the utilization of methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
