We are seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to manage diverse projects from planning through design and construction, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring the highest standards of quality and coordination. As a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful projects, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our firm. You'll independently manage project phases, resolve complex design challenges, and contribute to business development-all within a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

Goals & Responsibilities

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining and building positive relationships
  • Manage water and wastewater projects from planning through design and construction

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in water/wastewater project management and engineering support
