This role is responsible for defining and executing the strategy that connects premium HG content into a coherent mental health education experience. They will design how users move from first purchase to repeat engagement using data, experimentation, and clear product narratives.

This is a feature delivery role that requires a strong strategic foundation. Compensation & Details Salary: $80K - $90K/yr Type: Full-time Posted: 6 hours ago Responsibilities Own the end-to-end content product and experience strategy across Guides and Memberships. Design the content ecosystem: how modules, bundles, and subscriptions fit together as a coherent learning experience.

Own key metrics: conversion rate, LTV, retention, and engagement across Guides and Memberships. Optimize the user experience to drive key learning and real world outcomes for your products. Plan the monthly membership content production cadence: lecture topics, timelines.

Set clear product specifications and standards for content products (Dr. K's Guide, Memberships) to guide engineering, design, and data teams. Translate product strategy into clear, measurable PRDs and experiment plans.
