Pay Range: $40 - $42 on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions supporting critical digital product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, JavaScript, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines, with experience across the complete software development lifecycle-from requirements gathering and solution design to cloud deployment and production support. This role requires close collaboration with Product Managers and Technical Leads to deliver secure, high-performance applications that support long-term scalability and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
  • Develop and optimize backend services using Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions following engineering best practices.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, ArgoCD, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Develop data flow automation solutions and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and production support activities.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, technical documentation, and continuous process improvements.
Must-have Skills:
  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot development.
  • Hands-on experience with React and JavaScript for modern web application development.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, ArgoCD, or similar DevOps tools.
  • Experience developing REST APIs, system integrations, and data flow automation.
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices, software architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
