TITLE: AIML SOFTWARE ENGINEER
LOCATION: REMOTE
CLIENT: HCL
Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications and services primarily using Java and related technologies.
Apply AI/ML principles and techniques to innovate and enhance product features, improve system efficiency, and solve complex problems.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Develop and integrate with various internal and external APIs and backend systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Solid understanding and experience with API design principles (e.g., REST, gRPC) and system integration patterns.
Serve as a hands-on technical expert, actively contributing to coding and code reviews.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of 5 software engineers, fostering their skills and career growth.
Drive technical decisions, lead design discussions, and contribute to the team's technical roadmap.
Champion engineering excellence, including best practices, code quality, testing, and operational stability. Drive technical excellence by setting and enforcing rigorous coding standards, leading code reviews, and ensuring comprehensive unit, integration testing.
Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-impact projects.
Rapidly learn and evaluate new technologies to determine their applicability to our domain.

Minimum Qualifications:
