What you'll do

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across front-end, back-end, and marketing cloud ecosystems.
• Architect real-time messaging flows, event-driven systems, and multi-channel customer journeys.
• Establish platform governance, reusable frameworks, coding standards, and integration patterns.
• Partner with engineering, data, and product teams to design end-to-end customer engagement solutions.
Hands-On Development
• Lead the design, development, and customization of enterprise DAM platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Aprimo, Bynder, OpenText Media Management).
• Develop core backend services, APIs, and microservices supporting asset ingestion, transformation, metadata enrichment, and distribution.
• Develop advanced personalization using scripting languages in marketing cloud tools.
• Build full-stack components using modern frameworks (Node.js, Java, React, Angular, or similar).
• Implement REST APIs, microservices, and server-side integrations with marketing platforms.
• Build and troubleshoot complex automations, journeys, and cross-channel campaigns.
• Architect Data Extension models, segmentation strategies, and multi-brand data flows.
• Integrate marketing clouds with internal systems, CDPs, identity platforms, and real-time event streams.
• Optimize deliverability, personalization frameworks, and customer lifecycle automation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, CRM, engineering, and analytics teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams.
• Evaluate new tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance marketing capabilities.
What you'll bring
• 5-8+ years of full stack engineering experience (front end + back end).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Node.js, or similar server side languages.
• Experience with modern front end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Deep expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and cloud native architectures.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of marketing data models.
• Hands on experience with AMPscript, SSJS, or equivalent scripting in other marketing clouds.
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience supporting multi brand or multi banner marketing operations.
• Experience with event driven architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Kinesis).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proficiency in DAM software (AEM, Bynder, Aprimo), cloud storage.
