Job description

Job Summary:
Team Supervisor is accountable for strategizing and overseeing the Account Managers. Team leaders are responsible for communicating the strategy and guiding the team towards targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Morning Reports- Pulling and sending out to team
  • New Approvals
  • Call Activity Logs
  • Files to Docs
  • UW condition assignments
  • Expiring Lock Report- Monitor the daily report
  • Organize coverage for AM’s who are out of the office
  • Monitor the emails for associates who are out of office
  • Lead and motivate the team.
  • Monitor condition review pipeline, call logs and new approval reviews
  • Communicate goals and targets
  • Share feedback
  • Main contact for New Hires
  • Organize training schedule.
  • Maintain close relationships to confirm training is on target and accurate.
  • Mavent Escalations
  • Assist with pipeline movement
  • Other Duties as assigned by Manager

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years Account Manager Supervisory Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex processes.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to broker inquiries.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on fostering positive relationships with brokers.

Compensation is depending on experience up to $39/hr and additional bonus structure
