Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through video chat, ensuring that clients feel safe, heard, and supported.
• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities to develop and implement individual treatment plans, addressing clients’ specific challenges and goals.
• Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' needs, preferences, and expectations, allowing for tailored therapeutic strategies.
• Facilitating insight-oriented discussions that help clients explore their feelings, behavior patterns, and relationship dynamics.
• Monitoring clients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and equipping them with effective coping strategies.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to share insights and strategies for improved service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present diverse mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and other common mental health issues. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of one of the following unrestricted licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a positive and supportive demeanor that encourages client openness.
• Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include:

• Experience working with adult clients in a telehealth model.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques and other evidence-based practices.
• Capacity for managing a caseload efficiently while providing high-quality, individualized care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus and weekly direct deposit of earnings. Depending on your level of commitment, the salary ranges between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually. Additional benefits may include:
