• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your role is crucial in bridging the gap between mental health needs and accessible care, aiming to foster resilience and strength among clients from various backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is required.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health settings.

• Experience in providing therapy via telehealth platforms is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy is preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
