Job description

Techio's Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/company/techio-us/

The Opportunity

Techio helps hospitals and health systems keep clinical and administrative operations running by managing their Input/Output environment—printers, scanners, label devices, fax, and the connected workflows teams rely on every day. We deliver a hardware-agnostic, end-to-end service through dedicated onsite teams, 24/7 support, and a client-first operating model. Our recommendations are guided by each client’s workflow and service needs—not equipment sales quotas.

We are hiring an Enterprise Business Development Manager to expand our North American footprint. You will earn trust within complex health systems, navigate long enterprise sales cycles, and turn a differentiated value proposition into new client relationships. You will also have direct access to a leadership team that actively partners with the sales organization on high-priority opportunities.

What You'll Do

This is a full-cycle, net-new enterprise sales role. You will own the strategy and execution required to create, advance, and close business with major health systems.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority enterprise health systems across North America.
  • Build a qualified pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, strategic partnerships, and targeted outreach. Maintain accurate, timely account, activity, opportunity, and forecast data in the CRM.
  • Map technical, operational, and executive stakeholders within each account; establish credibility; and develop the executive sponsorship and internal champions required to advance complex opportunities.
  • Lead complex opportunities from discovery and value articulation through presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close, engaging healthcare IT leaders and C-suite executives throughout the process.
  • Partner with marketing on account-based campaigns, events, and high-value sales enablement materials.
  • Bring customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence directly to Techio's leadership team.
  • Consistently meet and exceed annual pipeline and revenue targets.

What You Bring

We value a demonstrated record of enterprise sales success over a rigid checklist. The following capabilities are central to success in this role:

  • At least six years of success selling complex technology solutions or managed services, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding measurable pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Direct experience selling into health systems is strongly preferred. You should understand hospital buying structures, competing priorities, and multi-layered approval processes—and be able to translate operational and technology challenges into a compelling business case.
  • An established network of healthcare IT leaders is strongly preferred, along with the demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and access decision-makers.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, relationship-management, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional persistence, confidence without ego, and the judgment to know when to press, pivot, or walk away.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business, healthcare administration, technology, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent, exceptional enterprise sales experience will be given full consideration.

Company Description

Techio is a next-gen technology management company that partners with healthcare organizations to customize and transform their Input/Output technology operations. We deliver comprehensive solutions from streamlining healthcare workflows to round the clock management of their critical I/O infrastructures.
