As an IT Manager at Bitwarden, you will directly contribute to the operational success and growth of the Bitwarden team and product through technology. We're looking for someone who can own the evaluation, deployment, and operationalization of tools and technologies that enable all the teams within Bitwarden to excel. You'll be managing digital and physical assets, assisting with procurement of new tools and technologies, as well as helping with cloud infrastructure, security, compliance, and community technology evangelization.

This is an all-remote team, and we are looking for someone based in the U.S. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the digital employee onboarding experience from equipment orders and management to account setup and provisioning
  • Manage software and hardware vendors, research, sourcing, and procurement
  • Maintain the Bitwarden inventory of laptops and licensed software distributed globally
  • Serve as the go-to person for access, configuration, and support of tools used across the company including SaaS and deployed systems
  • Assist with the management and transformation of our cloud infrastructure and networks
  • Manage VPNs and other restricted access systems
  • Assist with business and technology experiments involving new technologies, tools, processes and techniques
  • Help manage and improve upon various Bitwarden compliance frameworks and certifications such as SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR
  • Contribute to the presence of Bitwarden in the SecOps domain and community at large through forums, conferences, articles, and customer support
