Job Description

=> Person should be able to play a role of Agile practitioner andย  Kanban coach. Primary Responsibilities includes:
ย ย ย  --> Facilitate Standup Meetings
ย ย ย  --> Document and maintain detailed artifacts on the execution framework,ย  processes, workflows, etc...
ย ย ย  --> Development & continuous improvement of the cloud specific execution model
ย ย ย  --> Facilitation of ad-hoc technical meetings (prior to defect and story capture)
ย ย ย  --> Align local & remote work teams and resources across matrixed organization
ย ย ย  --> Ensure teams are working on the right priorities and there is sufficient level of work ready to be started
=> Perform continuous backlog grooming & facilitate grooming meetings as needed
ย ย ย  --> Ensure data quality, integrity and currency across all of the data points
ย ย ย  --> Bridge the gap of work executed outside of Rally (e.g. team without Rally access or training is responsible for delivery)
ย ย ย  --> Strategic alignment of tasks & defects to user stories up to features, projects, portfolios, epics
ย ย ย  --> Manage the release train &ย  flow of completed work into the release train
ย ย ย  --> Plan and align work to sprints, iterations, projects releases
ย ย ย  --> Identify and capture need for spikes and refactors
ย ย ย  --> Facilitate planning & issue remediation meetings
