• Conduct thorough assessments and mental health evaluations to accurately identify clients' needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions tailored to clients' unique backgrounds and mental health concerns, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.
• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, continuously monitor their progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to enhance accessibility for clients facing geographical, physical, or logistical barriers.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to expand clinical skills and stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues, and trauma. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through the ability to foster trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for effective caseload management and completion of administrative tasks.

• Experience in providing virtual therapy services is preferred, enabling seamless interactions with clients in a remote format.
• Familiarity with Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) methodologies and a commitment to applying contemporary therapeutic techniques.
• Background in working with a diverse client base, with a focus on inclusivity and cultural sensitivity.
