• Conduct individualized mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship with each client.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapies tailored to meet each client’s needs, fostering their mental and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to set clear therapy goals and objectives, developing personalized action plans that accommodate their unique situations and aspirations.
• Provide clients with strategies to gain insights into their thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal dynamics, promoting self-awareness and personal growth.
• Monitor client progress throughout their therapeutic journey, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to enhance effectiveness and client satisfaction.

The role is primarily focused on working with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking supportive mental health services. Your experience and skill set will allow you to address a broad spectrum of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions, empowering clients to achieve positive outcomes in their lives.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current, unrestricted license from your state board to practice independently—accepted licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• No disciplinary actions on your license.
• Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of contemporary psychotherapeutic practices are essential.
• Proficiency with technology and a willingness to adapt to new systems and tools is a must.

Experience in a virtual therapy setting is advantageous but not a requirement. Familiarity with digital therapeutic tools and remote client management practices will support your effectiveness in this role. • Annual salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
