• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient and develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address those needs.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individual, couple, and family counseling sessions.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, cultivating a shared learning environment that helps clients navigate their challenges and fosters community support.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care, harnessing a team-based approach to treatment.
• Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating the ability to assess and manage mental health emergencies with confidence and care.
• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment processes, and available community resources while empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with ethical and legal regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance your skills and share insights that contribute to our collective mission.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and integrate new knowledge into practice as appropriate.

As part of our team, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including adolescents and adults experiencing various mental health disorders. Our clients come from all backgrounds and walks of life, making it essential for therapists to possess cultural competence and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each individual.

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.
• Possess a current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based treatment methods.
• Exhibit proficiency in conducting assessments and formulating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to diverse client needs.
• Showcase experience in delivering both individual and group therapy effectively to varied populations.
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor that fosters trust and rapport with clients.
• Maintain high ethical standards, sound judgment, and professionalism throughout the therapeutic process.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a proficiency in technology-based communication platforms are essential.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting is required.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling practices is advantageous.
