As a mental health therapist at Bridgeway, you will work with a diverse clientele encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. • A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to build rapport with clients and facilitate a strong therapeutic alliance.
• A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity, as well as an understanding of clients’ personal experiences, are crucial for effective therapy delivery.
• Proficient organizational and time-management abilities to manage your caseload and maintain thorough documentation remotely.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a telehealth environment or providing remote therapy services is highly desirable.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities and treatment frameworks unique to remote settings.
