Job description

We are seeking an experienced Data Capture Implementation Specialist with strong expertise in tag management systems and marketing technology platforms to join our Data Capture team. This role involves implementing, maintaining, and optimizing digital data collection across web and mobile ecosystems using tools such as Tealium, mParticle, and Adobe Analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands‐on experience in tag implementation, data validation, and analytics, with a strong focus on accuracy, governance, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Configure, deploy, and maintain tag implementations in Tealium iQ (Web) and mParticle (Mobile). Validate and troubleshoot tracking tags, events, rules, and data layers based on technical specifications. Conduct QA and end‐to‐end validation across development, staging, and production environments.

Perform mobile app analytics validation using tools like Firebase DebugView, Charles Proxy, Proxyman, and device simulators (iOS & Android). Assist with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform setup, schema configuration, and data ingestion workflows. Support Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) reporting and dashboard creation.

Configure and validate Adobe Analytics variables (events, eVars, props) and ensure accurate tracking via Tealium and mParticle integrations. Assist with Adobe Target tagging for A/B and multivariate testing. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product owners, developers, analysts, and tagging specialists to translate business requirements into technical tracking solutions.

Ensure accurate implementation of data layer updates and seamless deployment of tags across web and mobile applications. Documentation, Governance & Compliance Maintain detailed documentation for tagging requirements, test plans, and validation results. Support data governance, privacy, and compliance efforts including GDPR, CCPA, and consent management.

Audit tagging and data integrations regularly to identify gaps and optimization opportunities. Stay updated on platform enhancements and best practices across Tealium, mParticle, Adobe Analytics, and related technologies. Share knowledge and contribute to improving internal processes.

Participate in agile ceremonies and manage tagging workflows using Jira and Git. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Hands‐on experience with Tealium iQ, mParticle, or similar enterprise tag management systems.

Familiarity with Firebase Analytics and debugging tools (Charles Proxy, Proxyman). Exposure to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Experience Platform. Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and problem‐solving capabilities.

Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing third‐party pixels (Criteo, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Understanding of server‐side tagging and event forwarding using Tealium or mParticle.

Familiarity with consent management platforms and data privacy solutions. Experience using POSTMAN for API requests and validation. Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Work Hours Standard shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Occasional overlap with Central Time Zone (3–4 hours as needed). #J-18808-Ljbffr
