Position Location: Remote, USA Telework/Work-from-Home Authorized: Yes About the Role: We are seeking experienced leaders to support a large-scale, multi-sourced technology services program for a major public-sector customer. This effort involves close coordination with enterprise partners, integration teams, and specialized service providers across a complex, statewide IT environment.

The Financial Director (Part-Time) will hold overall accountability for all chargeback, invoices, billing disputes, pricing, and financial reporting for contract services. The role integrates Sawdey's IT financial management process and system with the customer's process and system. Please Note : there are currently no defined hours for the role, but it is anticipated to be between 10-20 hours a week.

The final number of hours is subject to change upon contract award. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Own monthly delivery to the Multi-Sourcing Integrator (MSI) of the invoice data required for the MSI to render Sawdey's statement of Services. Support all charges with detailed invoice data and support utilization data at the customer, resource unit, and charge category levels (including programs, divisions, and organization units) as required.

Integrate Sawdey's systems and chargeback data with the MSI IT financial management system, including providing all appropriate and required licenses or interfaces. Collect, aggregate, and provide billing, service provisioning, and service-metric information to the MSI as required. Identify unique customer account identifiers used to identify applications, application instances, and other service information for billing and chargeback.

Provide data to enable the MSI to invoice the customer for charges and provide effective and agreed mechanisms for crediting the customer as appropriate. Research and review invoice disputes for completeness and data accuracy and request clarifying data from the customer when necessary. Support the Account Director in the application of service level credits, CAP Failure Credits, and any other financial remedies set out in the performance model.

Actively work with the MSI to develop, document, and continuously improve IT financial management processes. Communicate and coordinate IT financial management processes and policies within Sawdey's organization to ensure consistent application across functions providing services to the customer. Deliver financial reports required on time and in the agreed format.

May support audits (including internal, customer, third-party, and federal-funding-related) by producing requested documentation, evidence of controls, and reconciliation of charges to underlying utilization. Perform other duties, as assigned. Experience Requirements: Ten (10) years' progressive financial-management experience in IT managed services or technology-shared services.

Five (5) years' experience owning chargeback, invoicing, and financial reporting for a complex multi-customer or multi-agency portfolio. Demonstrated experience operating an IT financial management capability in a multi-sourced environment. Direct experience with a large U.S

state government IT program desired. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is desired, but not required. Other Required Skills & Abilities: Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Must be able to travel as needed, an estimated 10% of the time. Please note, these are projections only.

Security Clearance Requirements: Background Check Please note: The required Background Check must adhere to the policies and standards established by the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Advisory Policy Board (APB). This includes, but is not limited to: Fingerprint-based criminal history check (federal and state) to verify identity and criminal records. Thorough background investigation of criminal, financial, and personal history, sometimes with reference and employer interviews.
