As a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to effectively address mental health concerns.
• Documenting session notes meticulously to ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain accurate client records.
• Engaging in regular follow-ups and tracking client progress toward treatment goals.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from a regionally accredited university.
• An active licensing designation such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Strong competencies in evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Exceptional writing skills necessary for accurate session documentation.
• A clean disciplinary record with no recent actions from any licensing board.

While not required, preference may be given to candidates who exhibit:

• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities or specialized areas of mental health.
• Prior experience working in a telehealth or virtual therapy environment.
