Description Summary: The Business Innovation Consultant Lead is responsible for small to large, complex initiatives that will improve operational efficiencies with the Wealth business. Assists with modernizing operational processes like funds movement, account opening, and directed transactional activity. Works closely with Business Innovation Team & Directors, Business Leaders, National Practice Leads, as well as segment risk, compliance, trust operations, technology, legal, and audit teams, to develop solutions for improvement.

Leads teams to reduce/eliminate manual processing, improve efficiencies. Provides regular reporting to Business Innovation Team and/or Management. Collaborates with Private Bank businesses to develop front office training.

Delivers problem solving support for larger scale, complex business initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities: Works with business areas to solve complex problems Executes complex solutions that create business efficiencies Organizes data and leads team in making timely/effective decisions Communicates effectively with team, partners, and management Leader with Business Innovation Team tools/processes; trains other colleagues Go to Leader; ability to collaborate at all colleague levels Analyzes complex data; drives team to making objective conclusions; able to quickly Learn wealth business to support solution execution Performs other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: High School diploma 6+ years of experience in Wealth & Investment Management or similar businesses , experience with banking platforms, trust accounting platforms, digital solutions, operations/systems integration Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Expert skills with Microsoft Office products Ability to learn and develop problem solving skills independently and through peers Ability to work independently managing complex tasks and initiatives Highly effective oral and written communication skills Ability to interpret and explain data findings and communicate data driven stories Provide leadership, guidance, and assist with skill development of junior team members Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
