Lead Warehouse Operations for a Growing Food Manufacturing Company

QTrade Teas & Botanicals is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations at our Brookshire, Texas manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will oversee receiving, inventory control, material movement, shipping, and warehouse staff while ensuring the safe, efficient flow of materials that supports production and customer fulfillment. This role also requires proficiency with NetSuite ERP to optimize inventory management and operational performance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
  • Oversee all warehouse operations including  receiving, storage, picking, kitting, staging, shipping, inventory control, and material flow to production.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management using NetSuite ERP.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate material requirements with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Quality Assurance.
  • Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, GMP, SQF, and company safety standards.
  • Improve warehouse layout, efficiency, space utilization, and workflow.
  • Plan staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to support business needs.
  • Foster a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, safety, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive warehouse management experience, preferably in food, beverage, nutraceutical, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing.
  • Experience leading and developing warehouse teams while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong inventory control and warehouse operations knowledge.
  • Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing inventory control, shipping, and receiving operations within a manufacturing environment, including inventory accuracy, material flow, and warehouse documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in food, beverage, ingredients, nutraceutical, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of GMP, SQF, and OSHA requirements.
  • Forklift and warehouse equipment experience.
