This role is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or wherever you choose. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat, catering to clients’ unique mental health needs.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment methodologies to guide clients toward their therapeutic goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans rooted in clients’ assessments, focusing on their specific experiences, feelings, and relational challenges.
• Monitor client progress consistently throughout the treatment lifecycle, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to promote effective coping strategies.
• Document client interactions carefully while ensuring minimum paperwork burden, allowing you to dedicate more time to client care.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to stay informed about best practices and contribute to collective learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present a diverse range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. Our goal is to empower these individuals by equipping them with the skills and insights necessary for improving their overall quality of life. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must be fully licensed to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• No disciplinary actions on licensure and no provisional or limited licenses will be accepted.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and cultivate therapeutic relationships.
• Proficient in technology and a strong comfort level with utilizing telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy via telehealth is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• A background in working with adult populations or addressing common mental health challenges is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on hours worked and experience. In addition to your salary, we offer:
