Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual mental health counseling via secure video conferencing, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to therapy.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific challenges and aspirations, leveraging standardized assessments as needed.
• Facilitate insightful discussions that help clients explore and understand their feelings, thoughts, and relational dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve adults with stable, low-acuity mental health needs, ranging from anxiety and depression to life transitions and relational challenges. You will focus on helping clients build skills that improve their quality of life, fostering resilience and personal growth through structured therapy.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold one of the following licenses to practice independently:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Candidates must not have a limited or provisional license and should not have any disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature are essential for client engagement and trust-building.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing computer-based systems for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience

Experience in teletherapy or a remote counseling environment is advantageous, as we aim to provide prompt and effective care to our clients. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based practices, is desirable.
