Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, maintaining the highest ethical standards and a compassionate approach.
• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic modalities to effectively address client concerns and facilitate personal growth.
• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals, while continuously monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Support clients in gaining insights into their emotions, thoughts, and interpersonal relationships, fostering self-awareness and encouraging healthy coping strategies.
• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational policies, while minimizing administrative burdens.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking therapeutic support for a range of mental health challenges. This population includes individuals managing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in helping these clients develop practical skills and resilience, ultimately leading to an improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Candidate must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Fully licensed to practice independently without supervision, with no limitations or disciplinary actions on your record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a genuine empathetic nature, and the ability to connect with diverse clients.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in digital communication tools and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience
