Job description

FieldPulse is a fast-growing, customer-focused SaaS company providing modern business management solutions for trade professionals, including plumbers, electricians, HVAC specialists, and specialty contractors. We empower business owners to run their operations more efficiently.
The Product Manager, Core Product owns the end-to-end strategy, development, and performance of FieldPulse's core platform experience. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact product enhancements that improve usability, drive customer adoption, and support revenue growth across the business.
The successful candidate will lead product initiatives from discovery through launch, conducting deep customer research, analyzing product performance, and defining detailed functional requirements. • Craft detailed PRDs, create low- and high-fidelity mockups, and partner closely with engineering and design to deliver features from conception through launch.
  • Develop deep expertise across core product areas such as scheduling, estimating, job management, invoicing, and payments.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the FieldPulse core platform, supporting Sales and Customer Success through enablement, product knowledge, and continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For:
  • Solid foundation in product thinking and an interest in technical concepts (APIs, systems, etc), no deep experience required, but curiosity and willingness to learn are key.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) through internships, school projects, or early career roles.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an interest in understanding how product decisions drive both user experience and business impact.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, demonstrated through academic success (e.g., graduating with honors), internships, or hands-on projects.
