As part of a detox center team, you will connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing tailored therapeutic interventions. • Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote community support among peers in detox, addressing common challenges and coping strategies.
• Provide family counseling sessions to engage significant others in the recovery process, enhancing support for clients through family dynamics.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and nursing staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services, making timely referrals to external support services when necessary to best serve client safety and well-being.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of progress notes and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in regular case conferences and peer supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills, troubleshoot treatment barriers, and uphold best practices in client care.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve clients in a detox setting, focusing on individuals dealing with substance use disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly within outpatient or detox environments.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and experience implementing them in clinical practice.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic health care setting.
