HealthLink Therapeutic Intervention Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Fully Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position allows for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our clients, enabling therapists to deliver high-quality care without geographic limitations.

The work setting for this position is remote, allowing for accessibility and convenience for both therapists and clients. Our outpatient office remains available for occasional face-to-face consultations when necessary. You will work in tandem with a diverse team of mental health professionals who share a commitment to integrated care approaches, tailoring treatment plans to the unique needs of our clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health status, substance use history, and establish individualized treatment plans that consider both mental health and wellness.
• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions and support group meetings, employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to provide comprehensive and integrated client care.
• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options, promoting family involvement and support as a critical element of recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and quality assurance.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including peer consultations, supervision, and team meetings, to continually improve treatment efficacy.

As a fully licensed mental health counselor at HealthLink, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with various mental health disorders and substance abuse issues. Our clients are often seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other co-occurring conditions, necessitating a trauma-informed and empathetic approach to care.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or similar professional credential.
• A bachelor’s or advanced degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Experience or specialization in mental health counseling and addiction treatment is essential.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques tailored to meet clients’ diverse needs.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster therapeutic rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with the treatment team.

• Experience providing remote therapy or telehealth services is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated past work with underserved populations or in community mental health settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
