Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of People Advisory strategies, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and change management initiatives aligned with business goals.
Lead and manage large-scale workforce transformation and change management projects to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies that enable organizational agility and growth.
Oversee organizational impact assessments and risk analyses to inform change interventions and workforce planning.
Implement leadership development, talent management, and succession planning programs to build organizational capability.
Monitor program effectiveness using data-driven metrics and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve People Advisory services.
Provide guidance and expertise to business leaders on complex people and change challenges to facilitate informed decision-making.
Manage and develop high-performing People Advisory teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
