Serene Reflections Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our remote team, providing essential services to clients in a detox center setting. Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position that offers flexibility in scheduling while ensuring that client needs are met. You will primarily work from home, but occasional visits to the detox center may be required to engage directly with clients. Expect a schedule from Monday to Friday, typically between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of evening or weekend hours based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients entering the detox program, with a focus on understanding their emotional, mental, and social needs.
  • Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, setting realistic goals while addressing personal and familial concerns.
  • Provide counseling services that help clients navigate the emotional challenges associated with detoxification and promote healthy coping strategies.
  • Advocate for clients by connecting them to necessary resources within the community, such as housing assistance, mental health services, and support groups.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care and effective communication regarding client progress.
