Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Virginia. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, assess relationship and behavioral health concerns, create treatment plans, and support clients as they work through communication issues, life transitions, family conflict, anxiety, stress, and other clinical needs.
This position is a good fit for an LMFT who enjoys structured clinical work, values clear documentation, and wants to provide steady support in a full-time remote setting. You will have the space to focus on quality care while working with clients in a professional telehealth environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete clinical assessments and identify client needs, goals, and treatment priorities
  • Develop treatment plans using family systems-based approaches and evidence-informed care
  • Support clients with relationship concerns, family stressors, parenting challenges, grief, anxiety, and life changes
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation after each session
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
  • Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for remote behavioral health care
  • Use secure telehealth tools to deliver consistent and private client care

Requirements
  • Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Virginia
  • Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Strong understanding of family systems, relational patterns, and behavioral health treatment
