This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, and your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive clinical social work services to clients in various stages of recovery. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in case management activities, participating in treatment team meetings and conducting utilization reviews to assess patient progress.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support resources during emergencies, demonstrating an adept ability to handle high-stress situations.
  • Advocate for clients by researching and referring them to community resources, such as healthcare services, housing assistance, and nutritional programs, thereby enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications
