In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions that adhere to ethical and compassionate standards.

• Developing and regularly updating individualized treatment plans to monitor client progress.
• Facilitating client insights into their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults presenting a range of mental health challenges. To be successful in this position, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• One of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), enabling you to practice independently and effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, conveying empathy and understanding in all client interactions.
• Robust computer skills to navigate our therapy platform and manage client information efficiently.

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in remote counseling or those familiar with solution-focused therapy approaches will find themselves at an advantage in this role. A track record of working with diverse populations and a commitment to continuous professional development are highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, correlated to your work hours and commitment. Additionally, our benefits include:
