You will operate from your home, leveraging modern technology to connect with clients seamlessly—utilizing a secure, user-friendly counseling platform for video sessions.

• Conduct empathetic and ethical mental health counseling via video chat, focusing on an individualized approach for each client.
• Perform thorough assessments during initial consultations to establish baselines, followed by the ongoing evaluation of clients’ progress towards their therapeutic goals.
• Develop and customize treatment plans that reflect the personal needs and aspirations of each client, regularly revisiting these plans to adjust interventions as necessary.
• Guide clients in developing practical coping strategies, enhancing problem-solving abilities, and improving communication skills.
• Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages open dialogue.
• Coordinate closely with fellow counselors and clinic staff to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care, participating in team meetings to discuss cases and share insights.

The primary focus of your work will be with stable, low-acuity adults who seek to improve their mental health and overall well-being. Clients may come to you with various issues, including anxiety, mild depression, stress management challenges, or life transitions. Your expertise will help these individuals develop practical skills to navigate their mental health journeys confidently.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license, such as LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD, enabling independent practice without supervision.
• Evidence of a clean professional record, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by a strong ability to leverage technology in a virtual counseling setting.
• Stable internet connectivity to facilitate uninterrupted client sessions.

• Experience working with diverse populations, preferably in a remote counseling role.
• Proficiency in telehealth practices, with a history of creating engaging virtual therapy sessions.
• Background in developing innovative therapeutic interventions and participation in case management.
