As part of our commitment to academic excellence, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced NCLEX Coach to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate NCLEX Coach to provide remote support to our nursing students as they prepare for the NCLEX-RN examination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education, experience in coaching or mentoring students, and a deep understanding of NCLEX exam content and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized NCLEX study plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
  • Conduct one-on-one or group coaching sessions via virtual platforms to review key nursing concepts, test-taking strategies, and practice questions.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust study plans as needed to ensure optimal preparation for the NCLEX exam.
  • Provide motivational support and guidance to help students build confidence and reduce test anxiety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest NCLEX exam content, format changes, and best practices in test preparation.
  • Collaborate with faculty and academic support teams to identify at-risk students and provide targeted interventions.
  • Create and curate supplemental study materials, including quizzes, practice exams, and educational resources.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (Ph.D. or DNP preferred); active RN license.
  • 3-5 years of experience in nursing education, coaching, or mentoring.
  • Proven track record of successfully preparing students for the NCLEX-RN exam.
  • Strong knowledge of NCLEX exam content, including current test plans and formats.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and online teaching tools.
  • Prior experience teaching nursing courses online or in a traditional classroom setting is a plus.
  • Commitment to staying current with advances in nursing practice and education.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple students in a remote setting.
  • Passionate about student success and committed to providing high-quality support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as an NCLEX Coach or Educator.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations.
