Job description

Job Title: HR Time Management Analyst (REMOTE)
Pay Rate: $30/hr
Schedule: CST
Overview:
Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented HR Time Management Analyst to support the North America Time and Attendance system, serving approximately 15,000 employees. This remote position focuses on end-user support, historical time edits, and payroll close cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming requests via the Service Now ticketing system
  • Complete historical edits for pay, attendance, and leave records
  • Process accrual updates as requested by HR
  • Generate and create ad hoc reports
  • Perform mass group edits as required
  • Troubleshoot access issues for employees and managers
  • Conduct pay period close procedures, including signing off and processing SAP timefiles for Payroll
  • Maintain documentation to ensure SOX compliance
  • Address queries received from call center phones
  • Serve as the liaison between HR and Superusers regarding system enhancements
  • Provide training and support to end users
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting enterprise software applications preferred (eTime/Kronos-UKG/Payroll/Time and Labor)
  • Strong customer support skills with a focus on timely, high-quality service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
