Job Title: HR Time Management Analyst (REMOTE)
Pay Rate: $30/hr
Schedule: CST
Overview:
Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented HR Time Management Analyst to support the North America Time and Attendance system, serving approximately 15,000 employees. This remote position focuses on end-user support, historical time edits, and payroll close cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming requests via the Service Now ticketing system
- Complete historical edits for pay, attendance, and leave records
- Process accrual updates as requested by HR
- Generate and create ad hoc reports
- Perform mass group edits as required
- Troubleshoot access issues for employees and managers
- Conduct pay period close procedures, including signing off and processing SAP timefiles for Payroll
- Maintain documentation to ensure SOX compliance
- Address queries received from call center phones
- Serve as the liaison between HR and Superusers regarding system enhancements
- Provide training and support to end users
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise software applications preferred (eTime/Kronos-UKG/Payroll/Time and Labor)
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on timely, high-quality service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
