THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Global Director, People Team, this role serves as the primary People Partner for the Chief Revenue Officer organization, Marketing, and IT functions globally. You will work closely with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to align people strategy with business priorities, drive transformation, and ensure operational excellence across regions.

YOUR ROLE

Responsibilities

Lead People Strategy

  • Partner with business leaders to shape and deliver people strategies across organizational and leadership development, attraction and retention, engagement, employee relations, and change management
  • Advise leaders on workforce planning, geographic footprint, talent initiatives, retention, and upskilling, providing local expertise where required
  • Define and track key people metrics aligned with global reporting standards, linking insights to business outcomes
  • Influence people related communications and actively support change initiatives impacting the workforce

Build Partnerships

  • Develop a strong international HR network to support the aligned business
  • Build trusted relationships with HR partners across geographies to understand regional dynamics and the role of the Polish workforce within the global organization
  • Participate in global town halls and leadership team meetings to stay aligned with business strategy and strengthen executive relationships

Drive Programs and Market Intelligence

  • Lead HR workstreams for global and regional projects impacting the aligned business and geographies
  • Contribute to or lead regional HR initiatives in partnership with local HR teams
  • Maintain strong market awareness, including competitor insights and people practices, and engage with relevant HR and industry networks

Qualifications

  • Experience as an HR Leader or Business Partner, or deep expertise in at least three HR focus areas (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Operations, HRIS, Learning & Development)
  • Experience working with Sales Teams and good understanding of overall Sales Processes, including quota assignment, sales compensation management, and other revenue related activities.
  • Proven ability to translate business goals into effective people strategies
  • Strong understanding of global labor laws, cultural differences, and regional practices
  • Demonstrated influence without authority and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and facilitate constructive conflict
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect people investment to business results and financial targets
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Human Resources certification where applicable.
  • Fluency in English
