Harmonious Horizons Behavioral Counseling, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our virtual team as a full-time provider. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support client needs.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, thus ensuring personalized care plans.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect a thorough understanding of clients' individual circumstances and therapeutic objectives.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to provide integrated and coordinated care, enhancing client outcomes.
  • Document client progress meticulously, ensuring timely updates and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You'll engage with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions, promoting their mental health and overall well-being. Qualifications
  • Must possess a Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Must hold a current and valid license to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Note: We cannot accept provisional or limited licenses.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct professional evaluations and make informed recommendations regarding treatment plans.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature, essential for building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proficient with technology and telehealth tools necessary for efficient remote practice.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a telehealth setting or with virtual therapy modalities is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be considered a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and external agencies to provide holistic care.
