Client Success Coordinator

Remote | Full-Time (EAST COAST OR NEBRASKA BASED APPLICANTS PREFERRED)

Rapport International is looking for an Interpreting & Client Success Specialist to join our growing team.

You'll coordinate interpreter services while serving as a trusted resource for our clients, interpreters, and community partners. You'll work with organizations across a variety of industries, helping them overcome language barriers and deliver exceptional service to the people they serve.

You'll also gain valuable experience in customer success, account management, project coordination, language access services, and relationship building while working with clients and interpreters from a wide variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds. What You'll Do

A typical week may include:

  • Coordinating on-site, video remote, and telephone interpreting assignments
  • Building relationships with clients and serving as their primary point of contact
  • Meeting with clients in the Lincoln and Omaha areas to build relationships, better understand their language access needs, and provide exceptional service
  • Conducting regular client check-ins and identifying opportunities to improve service
  • Managing Rapport's On-Demand Phone and Video Remote Interpreting programs, including client onboarding, customer support, reporting, and invoicing
  • Matching interpreters based on language, qualifications, certifications, and client preferences
  • Responding quickly to scheduling changes and urgent requests
  • Working closely with interpreters and teammates to ensure assignments are staffed accurately and on time
  • Participating in a rotating on-call schedule that includes one scheduled evening each week and one scheduled weekend each month
  • Identifying ways to improve workflows and enhance the client experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Three or more years of experience in customer service, client success, account management, scheduling, staffing, or project coordination
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to client meetings in the Lincoln and Omaha areas

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
