Job description

The Enterprise Architect for ServiceNow and Nuvolo will play a key role in designing and implementing architectural solutions that leverage ServiceNow and Nuvolo platforms to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. This remote position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud-based solutions.

This position is contingent upon award within a standard 30 day turnaround.

Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions in alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into an efficient architecture that meets business needs.

Evaluate and integrate existing systems with ServiceNow and Nuvolo applications, ensuring interoperability and optimal performance.

Provide technical leadership and best practices for development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions.

Develop architecture diagrams, documentation, and roadmaps to communicate the architecture vision and implementation plans.

Monitor and assess emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in service delivery.

Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in the architectural design and application deployment.

This is a remote position, providing flexibility in work environment while engaging in collaborative projects.

Requirements

Ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens or hold a Green Card.

7+ years of ServiceNow architecture and configuration experience

Direct experience supporting Nuvolo Clinical EAM on ServiceNow

Strong understanding of CMMS, clinical asset lifecycle, and work order management in hospitals

Experience supporting HTM (Healthcare Technology Management), Biomedical Engineering, or Facilities operations

Experience with business rules, UI actions, scripts, workflows, and role/group administration

Experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments including upgrades and incident response

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced federal healthcare IT environment

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
    (Master's degree preferred but not required)
Required Certifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred
  • Nuvolo training
Highly Preferred Certifications (these attract the right people)
  • ITIL Foundation or higher
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification
  • PMP (nice to have)
