• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments that delve into the unique experiences of each client, creating tailored treatment plans that reflect their personal and cultural backgrounds.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address the mental health needs of clients, adapting techniques as necessary based on individual progress and feedback.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on empowering clients to overcome challenges and enhance their mental health.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, coordinating treatment methods as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients during mental health emergencies, offering immediate and effective support.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment possibilities, and available community resources, fostering informed decision-making regarding care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all counseling sessions in compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

You will engage with a diverse client base, range from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. • Active and valid state license in mental health counseling (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or valid PhD/PsyD).

The salary for this position ranges from $74,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
