Hitachi Energy is looking for a Business Development Manager - Components to help accelerate the growth of our Transformer Insulation and Components portfolio across North America.

In this strategic and customer-focused role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, create growth strategies, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to bring innovative solutions to market. Your ability to understand customer challenges, anticipate industry trends, and cultivate trusted partnerships will directly contribute to business expansion and market success.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role.

• Strong understanding of the transformer industry, insulation products, or related markets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Strategic, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
