Job description

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field; 2 years related experience.
Job Description:
To provide analysis of institutional activities and recommend alternatives designed to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Job Duties:
  • Performs qualitative analysis of departmental functions and procedures for small projects and provides analysis support for larger, more complex projects.
  • Prepares project work plan and schedule.
  • Examines departmental operations such as work flow, manual and automated systems, organizational structure and staffing, and current policies and procedures.
  • Prepares recommendations for implementation of new methods or systems that improve the operational effectiveness of the work area.
  • Coordinates user requirements for automated systems; prepares functional specifications; acts as liaison with data processing personnel; and conducts post installation evaluations.
  • Adheres to internal controls established for department.
  • Performs related duties as required.

Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
