SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE VALUE:
  • Professional degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
  • 8-20 years of professional experience in an architecture or interior design studio.
  • Proficiency in Revit (intermediate to advanced required) and AutoCAD.
  • Experience with Sketchup, Enscape, or other 3D modeling software.
  • Familiarity with building codes and coordination with local jurisdictions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience designing, producing and coordinating documentation for workplace projects.
  • Experience with Deltek Ajera is a plus.
  • LEED accreditation or NCIDQ certification is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices to include WELL, Fitwel, LEED
