Power BI Reporting Analyst

Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights? We're seeking a Power BI Reporting Analyst to support a growing customer experience organization by developing impactful dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational analytics that drive business decisions.

This role offers the opportunity to partner directly with business leaders, operations teams, and technical stakeholders to build reporting solutions that influence strategy and improve customer experience outcomes. If you enjoy solving business problems through data, gathering requirements, and creating dashboards that tell a story, we'd love to connect.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with business stakeholders and operational leaders to understand reporting needs and business objectives.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
  • Create actionable visualizations that support operational decision-making.
  • Develop KPI reporting and performance scorecards.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to identify, validate, and manage data sources.
  • Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.
  • Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies and data quality issues.
  • Support dashboard enhancements, ad hoc reporting requests, and ongoing improvements.
  • Train users on dashboard functionality and reporting capabilities.
  • Document reporting standards, requirements, and processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting.
  • Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and complex datasets.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rutland, VT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
