The Social Intelligence Analyst supports Enterprise Communications by monitoring and interpreting social and digital conversation to identify experiencedriven issues, emerging risks, and narrative shifts that may require awareness or action. The role has two core areas of focus: sustained attention to experiencerelated narratives and daytoday contribution to broader social intelligence work across topics and stakeholders.

Location: You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within Minnesota. For all hires in the Minneapolis area, you will be required to work in the office for a minimum of four days per week.

Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze social and digital conversation across priority platforms, including TikTok, with a consistent focus on experiencerelated narratives and ongoing coverage of broader reputational, brand, and issuerelated discussion
  • Track themes and patterns over time, distinguishing routine activity from signals that may indicate experience friction, narrative change, or emerging reputational risk
  • Assess and contextualize misleading or inaccurate claims, particularly when personal stories or lived experiences are influencing how narratives are forming or spreading
  • Contribute to general social intelligence coverage, including monitoring across topics and reprioritizing focus as new questions or priorities emerge
  • Work alongside other Communications teams, Social Care, and other partners to support issue awareness, triage, and escalation, ensuring experiencedriven signals are considered within broader enterprise context
  • Prepare clear, concise updates that explain what is being observed, why it matters, and what it may indicate for Communications and partner teams
  • Maintain trackers, documentation, and reference materials that preserve context, support pattern recognition, and enable continuity over time
  • Use complementary signals, such as search trends, as context to help interpret or validate social narratives when relevant

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in social listening, communications intelligence, media monitoring, or a related analytical role
  • 3 years of handson experience using social listening or monitoring tools, such as Brandwatch, NewsWhip, or similar, including query setup and analysis
  • 3 years of experience supporting social monitoring or intelligence work across more than one subject area or issue type, rather than a single, fixed focus area 
  • Ability to assess social activity and determine what warrants followup, awareness, or escalation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within or closely alongside Communications, Marketing, customer experience, government affairs, or similar enterprise teams
  • Experience monitoring or analyzing health carerelated social conversation, including patient, member, or clinician narratives
  • Familiarity with how misinformation and personal narratives can influence perception, trust, or reputational risk
  • Comfort balancing sustained focus areas with broader, daytoday intelligence work across evolving topics
  • Experience maintaining monitoring documentation or reference materials that support continuity and shared understanding across teams
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience translating fragmented or evolving information into clear insights for Communications audiences

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
