Job Summary
  • The Data Analyst Intern will support the Sharecare Clinical, Billing, and Extract team. This role will assist in developing a standardized intake process for new work requests, including billing rule enhancements and data extract requests. The intern will play a key role in improving the consistency, clarity, and efficiency of how new work is requested, documented, and tracked.
  • Essential Functions
  • Define, document, and consolidate existing capabilities across billing and extract functions
  • Assist in designing and maintaining a standardized intake/request form to improve clarity and efficiency in ticket submission
  • Support the intake and lifecycle management of new requests, including documentation and communication
  • Partner with stakeholders to facilitate accurate and complete request submissions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure alignment and effective delivery of requests

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
  • Previous work experience or meaningful extracurricular involvement preferred
