Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a full-time embedded GSOC Intelligence Analyst to join a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center for a major professional services client. The role will be fully remote, with a preference for Nashville, TN, or Annapolis, MD. The contract is for 12 months, with potential for annual renewal.

Expected shift rotation includes rotating daytime 12-hour weekend shifts (7am-7pm), rotating US holiday shifts, rotating day and swing shifts, and occasional overnight shifts (7pm-7am). Shift times are subject to change.This position requires strong research and professional writing skills, and prior experience in or a strong interest in global security, geopolitics, intelligence, and investigations. The successful candidate should be a team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision, manage competing priorities, and deliver accurate work to tight deadlines.

They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment and communicating clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.What You Will Work OnMonitor and respond to threats and crisis situations, using independent judgment and professional training aligned with client standard operating procedures (SOPs)Monitor relevant intelligence and incident alerts and assess client impact on travelers, assets, and operationsLeverage intelligence platforms and use open-source intelligence techniques to identify and assess threats to the businessProvide timely and relevant intelligence to client stakeholdersProduce succinct written and oral assessments with beneficial analysisTriage various client requests and ensure stakeholders receive the information and services they require in a timely mannerConduct persons of interest (POI) investigations and other open-source investigative productsAssist in producing briefings, presentations, communication documents, or policiesMaintain client metrics and produce regular reportsFrequently liaise with the client to better understand their requirements and concernsBe consistently engaged daily with teammatesOther duties as assigned within the scope of the dedicated client programWho You Will Work WithThe embedded GSOC Intelligence Analyst will be part of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) team, supporting the delivery of operational security monitoring, incident response, crisis management, and intelligence analysis. The role will work closely with Security Operations leaders and other members of the company's Security function, as well as employees and key stakeholders across the organization. The GSOC will include personnel from the client, Crisis24, and potentially other vendors.What You Will Bring1–4 years of relevant experience in security operations, intelligence, investigations, or a related fieldStrong research, analytical, and professional writing skills, with the ability to deliver clear, accurate, and timely output in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and professionally to a range of stakeholdersPrevious experience in, or a strong interest in, global security, geopolitics, intelligence, or investigationsThe ability to assess information, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately in support of security operations and incident responseA sound understanding of threat-related issues in a corporate or operational environment, and the ability to make balanced, business-relevant decisionsStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressureStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamConfidence in using a range of systems and technology to support operational monitoring, communication, and stakeholder engagementA bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in a relevant discipline such as International Relations, Security Studies, Intelligence, Criminology, or a related fieldInformation SecurityProtect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Equal Opportunity StatementCrisis24, A GardaWorld Company is dedicated to equal opportunity in employment.
