Job description:

Do you enjoy speaking with people, and the thought of your efforts helping those in need? AV-rated multi-specialty Plaintiff's firm is looking for Intake Team members who can speak with potential client who contact the firm, assist in the signup process, and onboard new clients!

What we need from you:

* MUST BE FLUENT in a 2nd Language: Spanish and Creole are a huge plus!

* Enjoy speaking to people

* Ability to connect and empathize with others

* Passion to help those who have been injured by others

* Meticulous with accuracy and details

Responsibilities of the position:

* Take inbound calls from those looking for legal help

* Qualifying leads across all practice areas, based on pre-established criteria

* Sign up new clients

* Opening new client matters in case management system

* Obtaining necessary documents from new clients

Skills necessary to be successful in this position:

* Empathetic, professional and courteous phone communication

* Keen attention to details in the collection of information

* Meticulous and conscientious in work product

* Impeccable attendance history

* Dependable team player

* Ability to work a flexible 8-hr shift between the hours of 8:30a and 6p.
