Skill Requirement:


·      Good hands-on development experience in Studio integrations and has strong Payroll integration experience.
·      At least 3-5 years’ experience in Workday implementations, Development.
·      At least 2+ years of experience in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).
·      At least 2-3 years’ experience with Workday Studio and other integration tools/technologies (EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, SOAP, WSDL, REST, XML, XSLT, and Studio).
·      Experience with Workday security framework including role- and user-based security groups, constrained/unconstrained security, integration security, and domain security policies.
·      Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery model and tools (e.g., Jira Align).
·      Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
·      Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
·      Strong problem-solving skills with ability to design custom solutions when out-of-the-box options are not available.
·      Collaborative team player with ability to work in cross-functional global teams.
·      Strong communication skills to interface with business users, functional teams, and technical peers.
·      Proactive in adopting Workday best practices and industry trends.
Nice to Have :


·      Workday Certification in Integrations, Studio, HCM or one of the relevant Workday core competencies.
·      Workday Extend / SSK / Orchestration Experience.
·      Experience with Workday Benefits, HR, and T&M.
·      Experience with Workday Payroll implementing/managing Payroll Input Processor integrations and implementing/changing Payroll frequencies.
